Our Dealership operates under the Queensland Consignment Act.

We also operate a TRUST ACCOUNT similar to a Real Estate Agent. This TRUST ACCOUNT is audited every 3 months. Upon the sale of your vehicle you are the first to be paid out before any commissions apply. This usually takes 2 business days after all funds have cleared.
When consigning a vehicle with us there are several things that need to be done by you the seller:

Obtain a current Roadworthy. If you are unable then we can arrange one for you however it is your responsibility to pay for this. Typically around $130.00 for a mobile RW.
Have the vehicle professionally cleaned before handing it over to us. If you are unable then we do have contract detailers available. You are responsible for the payment to these detailers.
Do not advertise your vehicle while it is on our Dealership as this will conflict with our marketing.
You will be asked to sign a FORM 9 (similar to a real estate agent FORM 6). This gives our Dealership your permission to sell the car on your behalf. More can be discussed in person with one of our representatives.
Please provide all documentation, keys and manuals with the car if available.
Please maintain any issuarance you have on the vehicle while it is in our possession. Our Dealership does maintain a $100,000 per vehicle insurance coverage while in our possession.
